Shipping Information

All Asher Outdoor Living products ship nationwide within the continental United States from US-based warehouses.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Every fire pit table and infrared sauna ships free to your door.

Delivery Times

  • Fire Pit Tables: 7-15 business days
  • Infrared Saunas: 10-20 business days (freight shipping)

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Large items may ship via freight carrier — we'll coordinate delivery scheduling with you directly.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak season (April-July), processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

Return Policy

We conditionally accept non-defective remorse returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping any product back — returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted
  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
  • A 15% restocking and repacking fee applies, calculated on the original order price
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please have photos of the damage and your order number ready.

Warranty

Every product sold by Asher Outdoor Living is backed by the manufacturer's warranty:

  • Fire Pit Tables: 12-month manufacturer warranty on burner assembly, ignition system, frame, and structural components
  • Infrared Saunas: 12-month manufacturer warranty on heating elements, control panels, wood structure, and electrical components

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use or installation, cosmetic damage, or damage from extreme weather events.
