Every product sold by Asher Outdoor Living is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. We stand behind the quality of every item in our collection.
Infrared Saunas
Our infrared saunas come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:
- Heating elements and infrared panels
- Control panels and electrical components
- Wood structure and construction
- Interior and exterior lighting
Fire Pit Tables
Our propane fire pit tables are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty that includes:
- Burner assembly and ignition system
- Frame and structural components
- Glass wind guards and fire glass
- Gas connections and regulators
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from outdoor use
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading from UV exposure)
- Damage from extreme weather events
Return Policy
We conditionally accept non-defective remorse returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following terms before requesting a return:
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- A return authorization must be obtained before shipping any product back
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
- A 15% restocking and repacking fee applies, calculated on the original order price
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please have photos of the damage and your order number ready.
